I got this email from a listener...it's a great one!
I read this article, haven't actually tried this yet.....Women are flocking to buy a new cream that claims it can eliminate cellulite in as little as 9 minutes. Adonia LegTone serum sells for close to $140 and uses the regenerative properties of plant stem cells to help breathe life back into dormant or weakened human skin stem cells. Clinical tests found that the cream reduced cellulite by as much as 47% in nine minutes and by 70% over a six-week period.
Have you seen the movie yet? Such a great movie, but so sad. I had a weekend where the kids were at Grandma's house so I was able to sit back relax and catch up on the Oscar picks. Angelina Jolie did an amazing job! Changeling is based on a true story about a mom who left her son at home and went to work. When she returned, he was gone and never to be seen again. The police dept tried to push another little boy on the mother, claiming he was her son and she was crazy not to believe. She never gave up looking for her true son. Such an emotional journey to watch! It's now on dvd, if you get a quiet moment for yourself :) Help BALANCE your life with a little entertainment!
My son Austin has internet in his room....Yes, I'm a crazy mom. I do have limits, he's only allowed to go to certain sites. I sit and watch him to make sure he follows the rules. He's really a trustworthy kid, but I get a little nervous with the internet. Well, he shocked me the other night. He told me he could go to youtube and get cheat codes for his pokemon ds game. I don't want him on youtube at 9 yrs old! I checked it out and sure enough, there are plenty of cheat codes that would help him out. There is also plenty of other stuff out there that I don't want my kids to know about yet....especially at 9 yrs old! My friend told me I was silly and he hears about all that stuff at school. I feel like he may hear about it, but it doesn't need to be seen or shoved into his face at home. (and I don't think he's really hearing about "all" of it at school just yet!) What do think of this? Should I let my son hop on youtube when I'm not around to search for cheat codes or other kid stuff?
