Ok so I just found your site and saw this tip. It sounded too easy! I figured, why not? So I set my Outlook on my computer here at work to notify me each hour so that I would get up stretch, walk around the office, then come back down. I feel so much better at the end of the day now than I ever have! What a great tip, just a simple act of getting up instead of sitting for 8 straight hours, brilliant! Thanks for the tip, I'll be getting up every hour on the hour from now on at work.
