Famous stylist Nathaniel Hawkins says the most important rule in getting a straight, unfrizzy, lasting blow dryer look is to get your hair absolutely dry. He means completely, totally, bone dry. But how can you accomplish this? When your hair is hot, it is nearly impossible to find the parts that are still wet. So here is the solution. Use the cool button on your dryer to blast your hair. It is much easier to find the damp spots when your hair is cool, instead of hot. And if you start with some heat protecting spray, your hair will look great all day long.
